Protecting your personal information is a fundamental principle of Benqu Technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use PinTa, and it constitutes an integral part of the PinTa User Agreement.
2. Information Collection
We only collect necessary information to provide PinTa services, without collecting unnecessary personal data:
- Photo album-related information: When you use puzzle or AI image-to-image functions, we access only the images you actively select (not the entire album) to complete processing and save results.
- Account registration information (for registered users): Mobile number or email address, which is used for account verification, login, and password retrieval (we will not collect other personal information without your consent).
3. Information Use
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- To provide core services: Process puzzles, generate AI images, and save processed results to your photo album.
- To manage your account: Verify your identity, assist with password retrieval, and update your account information.
- To optimize services: Analyze user behavior (using desensitized data that cannot identify individuals) to improve PinTa's function experience and fix technical issues.
- To send necessary notifications: Inform you of Agreement updates, service changes, or member expiration reminders (we will not send spam).
4. Information Sharing & Storage
4.1 Information Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent, except in the following cases:
- Required by laws, regulations, judicial authorities, or administrative organs;
- To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Benqu Technology, PinTa users, or the public (e.g., investigating illegal acts);
- In the event of merger, acquisition, or asset transfer: We will notify you of the transferee and require the transferee to abide by this Privacy Policy.
4.2 Information Storage
- Storage Location: Your personal information is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China; overseas storage (if needed) will be conducted with your consent and in compliance with legal procedures.
- Storage Period: We store your information only for the period necessary to fulfill service purposes or as required by laws. After the period expires, we will delete or anonymize your information in a timely manner.
5. Information Protection & Your Rights
5.1 Protection Measures
We adopt multiple security technologies and management systems to protect your information, including:
- Data encryption (to prevent information leakage during transmission and storage);
- Access control (limiting employee access to personal information);
- Regular security audits and vulnerability scans (to fix potential risks).
Note: No data transmission or storage system is 100% secure. If your information is leaked due to factors beyond our control (e.g., hacker attacks), we will take remedial measures promptly and notify you as required by law.

- Access & Correction: View or modify your account information and selected album data via PinTa.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (we will process it promptly unless required by law to retain it).
- Account Cancellation: After canceling your account, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with this Policy.

6. Policy Changes & Contact
- Policy Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy according to legal changes or business adjustments. The latest version will be posted on PinTa; continuing to use the service after the update means you accept the changes.
